Domingo M. Silvas III is known as the Universal Entrepreneur. Mr. Silvas, a U.S. military veteran, whose career spans 20 years, has largely focused on businesses with a challenge, whether they are start-ups, turn-arounds or large technology rollouts. His background includes a bevy of titles – Founder, Chairman of the Board, CEO, Chief Business Development Officer, and Business Coach.

Currently, Mr. Silvas is leading two companies. One company is a startup company which is an online community for entrepreneurs that is currently in development. The other, a recent acquisition from panama, is a turn-around project called EscapeArtist, whose website is the 2nd highest ranked International Lifestyle website (www.escapeartist.com) and is anticipated to become the number one site by 2014.

Domingo’s first great success was founding Leads Direct, a company that reached $10,000,000 in sales in just three years, and whose technology serves as the standard for many present-day, real-time lead- generation websites. . A few years later, he founded a company, 11i Solutions, developing one of the premier communications technology companies that provide alternatives for jamming. As no challenge is too great, he then simultaneously took on the role as CEO of a publicly traded bottled water company that was nearing insolvency and landed a $200,000,000 contract in China. Immediately after this success with the bottled water company, Mr. Silvas returned to 11i Solutions company and through acquisition, he grew it into a portfolio of companies and provided economies of scale to the group. This portfolio included technology companies and a government contracting business.

Mr. Silvas has a passion for entrepreneurism and serves as a mentor, both one-on-one and in faculty capacities. He is a frequent speaker on the entrepreneurial circuit and has traveled from Quebec to San Diego helping business owners achieve their goals.

With a humble beginning, Domingo was born to hard working parents that met while working as migrant field workers and lifted themselves to dedicated public servants. Domingo has inherited his parent’s work ethic and their passion to provide a better life for their children.
