Dominic J. Pulera is an author, commentator, and inspirational speaker who focuses on issues related to race, culture, and diversity.

Dominic J. Pulera is an author, commentator, and inspirational speaker who focuses on issues related to race, culture, and diversity. A native of Wisconsin, he was born in May 1974. He is a magna cum laude graduate (1995) of Beloit College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and earned Departmental Honors in History, among other honors.

Pulera is an internationally recognized expert on matters involving race, culture, and diversity. The author of three works of serious nonfiction—Visible Differences (2002), Sharing the Dream (2004), and Green, White, and Red (forthcoming)—Pulera is currently working on a new book, Good News: What Is Right with America Today.

Dominic J. Pulera has been a guest on media programs in many major U.S. cities, as in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. His national media appearances include an author talk segment on C-SPAN's Book TV.

Pulera’s work regularly brings him into contact with a wide range of decision-makers in such fields as business, religion, education, diplomacy, and politics/government. He had his first private audience with a sitting head of state at the age of 29.

Dominic Pulera often delivers lectures in a variety of venues, including academic institutions, throughout the world. By the age of 30, he had addressed academic audiences on each continent, everywhere from Belgium to Botswana, from Iceland to India, and from Georgetown to Geneva.

In addition, Pulera frequently speaks at the meetings of civic, community, and professional groups in different parts of the United States of America. He has addressed audiences in 46 of the 50 states
