Dominic is a social entrepreneur and strategic thinker with a focus on integrating economic sustainability with social transformation; he is Co-CEO of Numbers4Good, a pioneering financial organisation bridging the worlds of finance and positive social and environmental impact. Dominic has a background in social entrepreneurship, government and the voluntary sector.

At Numbers4Good, Dominic leads on a number of projects including tackling creating social impact bonds tackling youth unemployment and raising educational standards and working with an African government to create a domestic social investment market. Before N4G, Dominic set up social enterprises with The Shaftesbury Partnership, including FranchisingWorks - an early investee of Big Society Capital - and NurseFirst - forming an innovative partnership with a large pharmaceutical company - and wrote what became the Coalition Government’s Big Society policies. Dominic is a graduate of the CBI Future Leaders Programme and stood as a Parliamentary Candidate in the 2010 General Election. He also led a UKTI trade mission with the Cabinet Office, supporting social investment organisations to expand internationally.

Dominic is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and led their London Hub in 2012-2013. In his spare time he was a Founding Governor of a school in one of the most deprived areas of the country and is currently setting up a social innovation lab in Newcastle upon Tyne. He has advised corporates ranging from McKinsey to Johnson & Johnson as well as high net worth individuals.
