Dominique Woolf

Founder of The Woolf's Kitchen & Winner of Jamie Oliver's "Great Cookbook Challenge"; Author of "Dominique's Kitchen" & "The Asian Pantry"

If you take big scoops of persistence and creativity, mix in two equal parts of execution, and add a half kilo of spice, your recipe would be Dominique Woolf's inspiring journey. Not long ago, Woolf was a sleep-deprived mom of three small children and going through an identity crisis. In a previous life, she was a singer-songwriter who even performed at Glastonbury. Woolf gave up her musical dream, desperate to find a new purpose.

Fast-forward five years, and Woolf is now the founder of the food brand The Woolf's Kitchen (stocked in Selfridges and Co-op), a winner of Jamie Oliver's Great Cookbook Challenge TV show, and the author of "Dominique's Kitchen," a #1 Sunday Times best-selling cookbook. Her second book, "The Asian Pantry," will be released in June 2024.

Woolf's incredible story is proof that SPICE is the variety of life; it is ever-present in her Thai heritage, products, and recipes. Audiences devour her engaging tips on her 5 key SPICE steps (Strategy, Persistence, Innovation, Creativity, and Execution) and how they are necessary ingredients to any life goal. These aren't just points on paper—SPICE has shaped Woolf's life and continues to drive her success.

From her first steps of creating a vision to launching a new food business during lockdown with no child care to wowing the judges on TV with her creative recipe ideas, Woolf will inspire participants with her stories, tips, and sage advice.
