Don Felder

Former Eagles Guitarist, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Bestselling Author

Don Felder, renowned as a former lead guitarist of The Eagles, has significantly influenced rock music. He was a vital member of one of the most influential rock groups, contributing to the Eagles’ many milestones, including co-writing the iconic song "Hotel California." His work helped propel the band's compilation "Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975)" to become one of the best-selling albums of all time.

A member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1998, Felder's tenure with The Eagles lasted 27 years. His guitar skills shone on tracks such as "One of These Nights," "New Kid In Town," and "Those Shoes." Beyond The Eagles, Felder has pursued a solo career, releasing "Airborne" in 1983 and contributing to soundtracks, including the title song for the 1981 movie "Heavy Metal" and music for the children's cartoon "Galaxy High" in 1986. He also hosted the variety show "F-TV" from 1985 to 1986.

After parting from The Eagles in 2001, Felder channeled his experiences into writing, producing the New York Times bestselling autobiography "Heaven and Hell: My Life in The Eagles (1974-1999)." This reflection on his past set the stage for his later musical endeavors, including his solo album "Road to Forever." Currently, Felder is working on another solo project expected in the next year or two. He also performs with The Don Felder Band at corporate shows and charity events, and actively supports causes such as Autism Speaks. Additionally, he is an avid golfer and participates in charity golf tournaments, continuing to engage with fans and the community.
