Dorianne St Fleur is the CEO of Dorianne St Fleur Consulting, a research-backed and data-driven DEI consultancy at the forefront of helping organizations move beyond the status quo of check-the-box diversity & inclusion activities and into a new frontier of building anti-racist workplaces. Additionally, she is the executive coach at Your Career Girl Inc., which is a professional training and coaching agency dedicated to helping high perfrmoning women of color harness their potential and thrive in the corporate world. St Fleur believes in digging deeper by focusing on cultivating a success mindset, strategic goal setting, accelerating visibility, and chasing purpose.

St Fleur is a former HR executive and DEI practitioner turned author, speaker, and coach. She brings a culturally relevant perspective to her work. She draws from her education (B.A. of Psychology from Spelman College), 10+ years of Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion experience (at top companies like Google, Goldman Sachs, and AT&T), deep empathy, and 300+ conversations with top-performing women of color, to help her clients interrupt status quo success with personal paths to abundance, fulfillment, and achievement. St Fleur has spent thousands of hours helping Black women and other people of color successfully navigate the corporate world using her proprietary career success framework called the D.R.E.A.M.™ Method (D.R.E.A.M.™ stands for Development, Relationships, Environment, Acknowledgement, and Money).
