NAACP Image Award-Winning Television & Film Actor; Known for "The Parkers"

Dorien Wilson is currently serving double duty, booked and busy. He is proud to be one of the Executive Producers of the new, gritty TV series "Cocaine Sisters," and also has a recurring role playing Mr. Brown. He is currently shooting the second installment of the movie "A Wesley Christmas." In this trilogy, Wilson plays the head of the household, Mr Bryan Wesley, opposite of Jasmine Guy.

If Mr. Wilson looks oh so familiar to you, it’s because he has been a veteran of Stage, Television, and Film for over 30 years. A staple and icon of American television. Dawning multiple series regular roles, which recently includes an eight season run on Bounce‘s TV series, "In the Cut" in which Wilson served as Executive Producer with Bentley Evans and was the lead actor (Jay Weaver).

He has also had a recurring role on Oprah Winfrey‘s television series Cherish the Day, created by Ava Duvernay. As well as a stint on Grey’s Anatomy, and he recurred as (The Coach) on Nickelodeon’s Bella and the Bulldogs. Wilson is probably best known, however, for his role as “The Professor” (Hey Boo) Professor Oglevee on the hit television show "The Parkers." To which he was nominated for and won the NAACP image award for Best Supporting Actor. "Sister-Sister," where he played (Terrence Whittingham) as a love interest to Jackee’ for three Seasons. As well as the Original HBO’s Critically acclaimed series Dream On playing (Eddie Charles) where he was nominated for a Cable Ace Award.

Wilson will be returning to his first love....(Stage) in February in the hit play "Rotten Apple" at The Bowie Center of Performing Arts in MD, also starring Darren Henson and Keith Robinson. Wilson was also the first African-American to have a recurring role on Friends (Chandler‘s boss).
