Mr. Parson directly supervises the production mapping component of the firm.

Mr. Parson directly supervises the production mapping component of the firm.  Using the latest software and experienced drafting personnel to produce parcel maps, record of survey maps and topographical maps.  Mr. Parson provides the in house quality control and checking of mapping projects prior to submittal to the client or governmental agency for review.  This procedure depicts the character and professionalism of Mr. Parson and the continued high quality submittals by the firm of mapping related projects.

For the last seven years at Fremming, Parson & Pecchenino, Mr. Parson has been responsible for management of engineering design for various governmental and land development projects such as sewer treatment plant improvements for Franklin County Water District, various residential subdivisions, Avenal Middle School, Merced County Justice Facility, Merced City Senior Center, and Traffic Impact Study for Merced County.

Mr. Parson is familiar with the requirements and workings of several governmental contracting entities, including, the Air Force, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Federal Highway Administration, California Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Association, Bureau of Reclamation, Corps of Engineers, E.P.A. and others.  He currently serves as District Engineer for the Franklin County Water District.  Mr. Parson's technical qualifications include registration as a civil engineer.  His practical field and construction management experience is an added asset to our firm's ability to provide realistic and cost effective design and construction management services.
