Doug Ready is Founder and President of ICEDR (The International Consortium for Executive Development Research). ICEDR is an international, partnership-driven alliance of approximately 45 leading global corporations and 20 of the world’s top business schools, focusing on building leadership and organizational effectiveness.

Dr. Ready is also serving as Senior Lecturer for Organizational Effectiveness at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Prior to this, he was Professor of the Practice of Leadership at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Doug Ready has written more than 25 articles on leadership development, change management, and top team effectiveness. He also authored the book "Champions of Change" and edited the book "In Charge of Change." He is a frequent contributor to executive education programs and leadership conferences.

Dr. Ready holds an M.P.A. in Management from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and a Ph.D. in Global Leadership Studies from Cranfield School of Management in the U.K. In November 2013, Doug was named among the Thinkers50 list.
