Sam Lipp is the Director of Operations for Make It Nice, a hospitality group that currently includes Eleven Madison Park, Made Nice, EMP Summer House, and the NoMad restaurants.

Before this, Lipp was the Director of Operations at Daily Provisions and Union Square Coffee. He also played an instrumental role in transforming Eleven Madison Park into a monumental restaurant as part of the leadership team.

He is a graduate of Cornell University.
