Dr. Amy Shah is a double board-certified MD who has developed a world-renowned wellness education platform and authored bestselling wellness and nutrition books, including "I'm So Effing Tired: A Proven Plan to Beat Burnout, Boost Your Energy and Reclaim Your Life." Her work focuses on discovering less invasive health interventions, and she promotes wellness through nutrition and exercise, using medication as a last resort. Her primary objective is to empower individuals to improve their health through dietary and lifestyle changes.

Shah has appeared on high-profile media outlets such as "The Today Show," "Good Morning America," the "Mel Robbins Podcast," and the "Ed Mylett Podcast." Not only has she been recognized as one of mindbodygreen's Top 100 Women In Wellness to Watch in 2015, but her clinical work has also led to her being named in Phoenix Top Doctors magazine in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

In addition to her individual work, Dr. Shah has collaborated with prominent companies such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Alo. She has also consulted various brands, including make-up guru Bobbi Brown, Tom’s of Maine, and Aquaphor. She also hosts the podcast "Save Yourself with Dr. Amy Shah."

Dr. Shah graduated with an undergraduate degree with honors from Cornell in Nutrition, medical training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and subsequent research and residency training at Harvard Hospitals. She furthered her expertise in Immunology/Allergy through advanced training and research at the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.
