Dr. Andi Simon is a trailblazer in the field of corporate anthropology, celebrated for her ability to help organizations think, see, and act in new ways. In 2023, she co-authored "Women Mean Business: Over 500 Insights from Extraordinary Leaders to Spark Your Success," alongside Edie Fraser and Robyn Spizman. Dr. Simon is also the host of the award-winning podcast, "On the Brink with Andi Simon," ranked in the top 5% globally and among the top 20 podcasts for futurists. Her academic background includes serving as a visiting professor at Washington University in St. Louis, where she taught entrepreneurship and co-created the Simon Initiative for Entrepreneurship with her husband Andy, her partner in life and business for 55+ years.
