Dr. Jeffrey Kaplan is a member of the executive management team of Ferrazzi Greenlight, where he is Director of Leadership Development and Training. He has delivered keynote speeches and customized leadership, team cohesion and sales training for a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies, including: Microsoft, Thomson-Reuters, US Bank, Aon, H.D. Vest, the US Army, and Sapphire Technologies, to name a few. He also manages the Greenlight Research Institute. Previously, Jeff worked for the global consulting firm Capgemini, serving as the leader of the firm’s marquee alliance with Microsoft Corporation where he managed a $350M account portfolio and was responsible for cross-organizational training programs. Jeff has taught business courses at a number of universities. Jeff earned a Masters in Business Administration at Pepperdine University and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership at University of Phoenix. Prior to his work the Capgemini Consulting, Dr. Jeffrey Kaplan founded an international events management and training company, which he grew into a recognized industry leader. In partnership with AH Belo Corporation, the parent company of The Dallas Morning News and the flagship of ABC affiliate WFAA-TV, he developed and managed a global-scale millennial celebration which was endorsed by the Texas Congressional delegation and carried a $30M media budget.
