Dr. Marc Sniukas is an author and global expert on strategic innovation and corporate entrepreneurship.
Marc merges a unique expertise on strategy, innovation and business models, with insights on execution and organizational transformation.
Marc partners with leadership teams and their organizations to discover opportunities for new growth, develop breakthrough strategies and innovative business models to seize those opportunities and transform their organization to execute the new strategy.
He has worked with major corporations across a wide range of industries in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Russia, Turkey, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Singapore, and China.
Besides his corporate work, Marc is engaged in executive education. He was an adjunct professor at CEDIM, where he thought Business Model Innovation within the Master of Business Innovation program for 4 years. He has also run courses and given guest lectures at leading business schools including Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, the Boston University School of Management, and the European Business School London among others.
As an entrepreneur, Marc has worked in the music industry and was the founder and managing director of a training organization developing and delivering executive programs on strategy, leadership, general management and business administration for companies worldwide. The company was successfully sold.
Marc is currently a co-founder of www.businessmodelgallery.com, the world’s largest business model database.
He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School, a master’s degree in business, economics, and social sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and he studied training and organizational development at Salzburg University Business School. Marc is also a certified Blue Ocean Strategy Practitioner and has extensive training in group dynamics and process facilitation.
Born and raised in the Ardennes of northern Luxembourg, he is fluent in English, German, French, and Luxembourgish. Having lived abroad for more than 15 years, he currently lives with his wife close to Luxembourg city.
