Dr. Mark Jabro has been a practicing physician with Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group for 34 years, where he is also the director for the Center for Health Management. As director, he oversees a multidisciplinary team in the treatment of overweight, obesity and associated comorbidities.

Dr. Jabro is a board-certified internal medicine physician, and is also certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He completed medical school at the University of Iowa, and completed his residency at Oregon Health Sciences University.

He has been involved in numerous clinical trials of investigational drugs, and is co-chairman of the Sharp Institutional Review Board, ensuring safety of clinical research participants. He provides an obesity consultation service, guiding patients through the various medical regimens for the treatment of obesity.

Dr. Jabro is married with three children. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with his family.
