Dr. Melissa Rich uses her 40+ years of experience as a Family Therapist, University Professor and Consulting Hypnotist to teach people how to stop feeding their anxiety by transforming their thoughts, habits and beliefs into positive, empowering ones so they starve their anxiety and begin to feed their joy. Dr. Melissa Rich has written 3 books, and has owned Waco Hypnosis Center for 8 years.
She believes anxiety and stress are extremely treatable and uses natural, organic means to do that. The tools she gives her clients helps them relax, function better and take control of their lives.
Melissa is a widow with 2 grown sons, 1 adorable grandson and 3 fur babies. She lives in the central Texas area and seizes any chance she gets to go walk on a beach.
