Dr. Mollie Marti

Dr. Mollie Marti is a performance psychologist, university professor, lawyer, author, and founder of Best Life Design

Mollie Marti is a psychologist, lawyer, and adjunct professor of psychology at the University of Iowa. She speaks around the globe, training corporations, universities, and associations on leadership resilience, servant mentorship, life design, and business ethics. In addition to authoring numerous law and academic articles, her two business success books have been published in several languages.

Her newest book, "Walking with Justice," is generating extraordinary praise for its profound ability to bring to life a great mentor and allow readers to adopt him as their own teacher. With its guidance on living a good, productive, and righteous life, it has been referred to as "a timeless handbook for being human." Already being welcomed into homes, schools, places of worship, and workplaces, this transformational call to contribute to a just and peaceful world is quickly on its way to becoming a classic.

Dr. Mollie regularly delivers keynotes and trainings at conferences and private events. In 2009, she launched the popular Make an Impact LIVE! annual event in Chicago, bringing together internationally renowned entrepreneurs and authors to raise philanthropic funds while empowering innovative attendees to grow sustainable businesses and make a bigger impact in a way that fuels their health, relationships, and greatest life priorities.

She brings years of experience in coaching a prestigious list of clients, including Olympians and business elites, to her work as founding editor of the Best Life Design e-magazine. With her unique ability to combine the science of success with the art of exceptional living, she is a frequent media resource and recently was recognized by The Entrepreneur Blog as one of the Top 25 Business Coaches on Twitter.

Inspired by her mentor's example as a public servant, Dr. Mollie is a passionate advocate for youth and communities. She actively partners with charitable organizations and is Director of the non-profit Community Resiliency Project, where she extends her resilience work to communities in crisis and develops mentorship programs for low opportunity youth.

Having graduated first in her class in both undergraduate and graduate school, Dr. Mollie continues to learn -- and unlearn -- on a daily basis. She walks out these lessons from an apple orchard in scenic northeast Iowa where she lives near her extended family with her husband, their three children, and a large family of pets.
