Leiba's academic achievements provide a foundation of excellence in execution, including a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University. Her love for learning and exploring led Leiba to complete numerous certifications, including Certifications in Leadership at all Levels and Systems Architecture from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Strategic Management from Harvard University. In addition, she holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, where her research explored the additive wealth of minority executive leadership in STEM corporations.

Dr. Leiba is passionate about building, cultivating, and exposing greatness in others, especially Women of Color. Her workshops have gained acclaimed praise from audiences worldwide.
