Bader serves her clients in the recruiting of Board of Directors, Chairmen, Chief Executive Officers, Division and Subsidiary Presidents and Vice Presidents. This broad base of commercial and business experience has covered markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

She is also the only expert in the MENA region certified by the Switzerland Global Enterprise as an Official Expert on International Human Resources, a founding member of Rotary International (Dubai).
