Speech Topics

The importance of real followership, not sheeple.

We use words like followership to describe people who follow leaders around from company to company. But are they courageous followers, or are they acting like sheeple? Using our understanding of real followership and drawing out real-life examples where sheeple helped kill an organization, Dr. Huizinga describes how to create an environment where followers thrive, where companies outperform and where the end-customer wants to maintain a long-term relationship.
