Dr. Shanna B. Tiayon is a Social Psychologist and the Founder-CEO of Yes Wellbeing Works, LLC. She began her dedication to human-centered work as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer, followed by 10+ years senior leadership in International Development and Human Resources. In academia, Dr. Tiayon was a National Science Foundation and Ford fellow. Her research focused largely on mental and physical health in minority populations.

During her doctoral studies, Dr. Tiayon continued to work in the field of Human Resources and noticed a gap in the training, knowledge and capacities of HR professionals to develop structures that support the psychosocial needs of employees, a key driver of productivity. This inspired Yes Wellbeing Works, a consulting firm focused on conducting employee wellbeing research and showing organizations how to effectively support wellbeing. Dr. Tiayon is globally recognized as a Culture Amp 2024 Top 25 Emerging Culture Creator for this work.
