Dr. Zachary Ginder is a highly accomplished professional in the fields of wellbeing, mental health, and organizational leadership. As a Doctor of Psychology, meditation yogi, organizational consultant, and experienced speaker/trainer, Dr. Ginder brings a unique and holistic approach to fostering individual and collective wellbeing.
With expertise spanning mental and occupational health, burnout and stress reduction, healthcare, emotional intelligence, and meditation, Dr. Ginder has a proven track record of inspiring, educating, and empowering audiences. Over the past two decades, he has spoken at countless national, state, and local conferences, sharing his knowledge and experiences with diverse audiences. As a practicing meditation yogi, Dr. Ginder emphasizes the importance of cultivating inner peace, self-awareness, and balance in work and life.
Dr. Ginder holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master's in Social Work with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Social Work, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. His direct practice, administrative, and organizational leadership experience comprises a diverse portfolio of work in homeless and residential services and healthcare settings; service populations include homeless families and children, runaway and foster youth, transitional age youth, individuals and families impacted by HIV/AIDs, neurodivergent individuals, and more.
Ginder taught graduate level coursework at California State University, Northridge, and received tenure as a faculty member at Copper Mountain College (CMC), before becoming the Dean of Instruction. In 2018, Ginder was provided the opportunity to pair his passion for helping through organizational leadership with the extraordinary work performed by the Inland Empire Autism Assessment Center of Excellence, where he is currently the executive director. He is also the co-founder of Pine Siskin Consulting, a boutique consulting firm focusing on helping individuals and organizations get “unstuck” and thrive.
