Dragos is an internationally renowned award winning space scientist, speaker and consultant. He is the Founder and CEO of Lightman Consulting, company focused at enhancing wellbeing of corporations through understanding and applying the soft-skills, mission-critical information about stress relieving, interpersonal and inter-team communication styles, performance optimization knowledge, state-of-the-art strategies for management and leadership wisdom.

Until recently he served as the Head of Satellite Imaging Technologies in Asia Pacific with a New Zealand based company where he built in less than a year the satellite monitoring network in Australasia, Europe, South America and Africa. Dragos will soon complete his PhD degree in space sciences at the University of Siegen - Center for Sensor Systems, Germany and holds a Research Scientist position with the Romanian Space Agency.

In 2011 he became the engineer of the First Romanian Simulation Mission for Planet Mars and his work has been featured several times in National Geographic. In 2012 he will be part of an advanced space studies program at NASA Kennedy Space Center.

As a speaker, he has been on stage in Antarctica, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Poland, Norway, Indonesia, Spain, Romania, Russia and several other countries. In his talks, Dragos bridges the languages of science and spirituality to show people how to discover themselves in the mysterious mirrors of the world around them and how to unlock their wonderful potential hidden deep within their hearts and minds.
