Horror Filmmaker and Children's Book Author

Drew Daywalt is a horror filmmaker and children's book author.

In 2007, Daywait co-created the YouTube channel Fewdio, which focused on creating horror films. He went on to start his own YouTube channel, Daywalt Fear Factory. In 2012, Daywait directed his first feature-length film, Red Clover. The film was a made-for-television fantasy horror film.

Daywait is known as the author of the children's picture book "The Day the Crayons Quit." He also wrote its sequel "The Day the Crayons Came Home," which stayed on The New York Times Best Seller list for children's picture books for over 40 weeks. Daywait wrote another picture book called "The Legend of Rock Paper Scissors" in 2017.

He lives in Los Angeles.
