Earl Thomas III is an American football free safety for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Seahawks in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft and would later assist with the team's first Super Bowl victory in Super Bowl XLVIII against the Denver Broncos. He played college football at Texas and received consensus All-American honors.
