Ebba Lindsö is a renowned trailblazer and busines leader who reached very senior positions in sector's as diverse as financial services, media, and shipping. Ebba was also Head of Sweden´s largest and most influential business federation.

Two decades ago, Sweden had a financial crisis of the same magnitude as many countries are facing today. Ebba was in the midst of the turmoil, leading one of the major financial companies, Transferator. At one point the interest rate reached 500 percent. Her unique insights and experiences from that crisis now benefit her as a Member of Sweden´s National Bank Committee. From there she has an inside perspective on current development of the euro and the global economy.

Ebba was previously CEO of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprises. It is the most powerful business organisation in Sweden with 50 member organisations and 54,000 member companies with some 1.5 million employees. Ebba was its first female CEO, with a mission to drive change, to modernise the organisation and its image and to make it less driven by party politics.

In 2010 Ebba published a book, Life, Power and Daring to be Yourself.
