Eboni K. Williams is an American attorney, best-selling author, and television host. Raised by a single mother in a low-income African-American family, Williams has excelled in her career, balancing her roles in law, media, and public speaking. She earned a BA in Communications and African-American studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, followed by a law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Her early career included internships as a clerk for the Louisiana Secretary of State and at the office of the Louisiana Attorney General. She was actively involved in assisting council members of New Orleans following the devastating Hurricane Katrina.
Williams has a diverse background in media, having worked as a legal counsel in civil litigation and family law before moving into private practice and later transitioning to media as a freelance broadcaster. She has made significant contributions to several networks including NFL Network, CNN, HLN, and Fox News Channel. She co-authored the book "Pretty Powerful: Appearance, Substance & Success," and has made guest appearances on networks such as HLN and NFL Network. Williams has also expanded her presence in reality television, recently joining Bravo's "The Real Housewives of New York City," and hosting the VH1 special "In Session Live with Dr. Jess."
Currently, Williams is not only a co-host on REVOLT TV's "State of the Culture" but also contributes regularly to the nationally-syndicated radio show "The Breakfast Club." Beyond her media roles, she is dedicated to advocacy as a member of the Board of Directors for Safe Horizon, the nation’s leading victims’ assistance organization, and actively participates in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Her engagements often explore professional development, diversity and inclusion, and current events, reflecting her commitment to impactful communication and community involvement.
