As a leader within Salesforce’s dedicated social impact team, Salesforce.org, Beckwith directs programs and strategic grants focused on education and workforce development. Beckwith is responsible for engaging 45,000 employees in community service opportunities, administering millions of dollars in grants to improve communities around the world, and leading marketing for Salesforce.org.

Beckwith extends her support of youth, education, and workforce development through her service on the board of the Warriors Community Foundation and as member of the Technical Advisory Board of Year Up Bay Area, an organization with a mission to close the opportunity divide by providing underrepresented young adults with the skills, experience, and support to excel in 21st century jobs. She also serves on the board of Hamilton Families, San Francisco’s leading service provider to homeless families, and is proud to support their goal of ending homelessness in the San Francisco Unified School District.
Beckwith also previously served on the Workforce Investment Board of San Francisco (WISF) for five years, overseeing and setting the direction for San Francisco’s Workforce System.
Prior to joining Salesforce.org in 2014, Beckwith worked for five years in Salesforce’s technology division as the head of technology business operations. Beckwith began her career at Washington Mutual, where she spent eleven years managing technology.
