Ed Donatell is an American football coach who is currently the defensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL).

Before coaching the Broncos, he lead programs at different collegiate and national levels. He has worked for Kent State, University of Washington, University of the Pacific, University of Idaho, and Cal State Fullerton. He has also worked for the New York Jets, Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, and Chicago Bears.

He is a two time Super Bowl champion, winning with the Denver Broncos in 1998 and 1999.
