Eduardo is the Co-Founder & CEO of Mindset Works, the leading provider of growth mindset advisory and training services and programs. He started it in 2007 with Carol Dweck Ph.D. and Lisa Blackwell Ph.D. to help people and organizations develop learning-oriented cultures and systems.

Eduardo regularly speaks and facilitates workshops at industry conferences and in-house trainings for professionals and leaders. His TEDx talks have been viewed by millions of people. He has been featured and quoted in The Huffington Post, NPR, The Guardian, Education Week, MindShift, Entrepreneur, Inc., and others.

Prior to Mindset Works, Eduardo was a Principal at the Sprout Group, a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, where he was part of the healthcare and technology investment teams and served on several for-profit and non-profit boards. Before that he was an investment banking analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Eduardo grew up in Caracas, Venezuela. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA and M.A. in Education from Stanford University. Most important, he continues to enjoy lifelong learning every day.
