Elettra Wiedemann is an food editor and writer, and fashion model. She is the daughter of actress and model Isabella Rossellini and Jonathan Wiedemann (a Harvard-educated Microsoft design manager and former fashion model). She is the Executive Food Editor at Refinery29 as well as the founder and writer of Impatient Foodie, a popular food blog.

Impatient Foodie is where Wiedemann shares recipes she has created and/or tested herself that impatient cooks all over the world can easily recreate. Within just a few months of launch, Impatient Foodie was featured in numerous publications including Vogue, The New York Post, The Daily Mail (UK), Elle US, Elle China, Yahoo Food, Yahoo News, Madame Figaro, and Racked, ManRepeller, and Food and Wine Magazine. In January 2015, Wiedemann served as a brand ambassador for Moet & Chandon and was asked to create the recipes for two signature champagne cocktails to be served at the 72nd Golden Globes.

She has also written for publications including Refinery29, VICE Munchies, Teen Vogue, SELF, Paper Magazine, The Cut, and Cherry Bombe.
