Dr. Eli Newberger, a pediatrician affiliated with Harvard Medical School and Children’s Hospital in Boston, is recognized for his expertise in child protection and family development. He founded the Child Protection Team and the Family Development Program at the hospital, focusing on addressing the environmental circumstances that contribute to child maltreatment and promoting a deeper understanding of family violence. Newberger has dedicated his career to the study of the dynamics within parent-child relationships, employing a compassionate and understanding approach to his work.
