Dr. Elijah Nicholas is the Principal of Dr. Elijah Nicholas, LLC and also the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of The Global Trans Equity Project, formerly 100 Black Trans Men, Inc., a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that enhances the lives of transgender individuals through strategic leadership, research, advocacy, and community engagement.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, including a decade of executive leadership in healthcare management, he is a visionary leader, retired senior military officer, and spiritual gem. He is also a US veteran, a recipient of four community leadership awards, an international speaker, and a 13-time published author.

Dr. Nicholas leverages his expertise in AI technology and conscious-driven content creation to drive change and advocate for racial, health, and education equity. He aligns his organizational vision with his mission while conducting in-depth research on equity trends, representing his cause in various forums, raising awareness, and driving policy change.

He also builds partnerships to promote inclusive, community-driven initiatives through community and corporate engagement.
