Assistant Professor of Business Administration Elizabeth A. Powell heads the "Management Communication" course at Darden. She conducts research on corporate culture, corporate reputation and diversity and is a communications consultant to a number of organizations.

Powell joined the Darden faculty in 1994 and formerly was co-director of the LEAD program at the school. She previously taught and served as program coordinator for the undergraduate leadership program at Northwestern University.
