Isele, a serial social entrepreneur, has launched three cutting-edge, social enterprises each of which, under her leadership, have galvanized the cross-sector community support needed to solve some of today's most challenging social and economic problems and positively transform the lives of thousands of individuals of all ages.



Since January 2012, she has been the go-to person for all things regarding senior and intergenerational entrepreneurship (programs, policy, capitalization and research), including the Obama White House, US Congress, Clinton Global Initiative (CGI-America), EU Commission on Entrepreneurship, OECD, the Federal Reserve, the UN, the Gerontological Society of America (GSA) and global firms such as EY, among many others. She is currently advising the W-20, G-7 and G-20 world summit committees on the social and economic impact of an "experienced economy."

She is a sought-after speaker and is quoted often in NY Times, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, PBS, NPR and Bloomberg Newsweek. She also writes for Forbes, PBS Next Avenue.org and Op-Ed pieces for major news outlets worldwide.
