Senior Communications Specialist at NASA

Elizabeth Landau is an award-winning journalist and science communicator. She serves as Senior Communications Specialist at NASA, where she produces and edits podcasts, video projects, and website articles, leading multimedia efforts for the Astrophysics Division. She frequently hosts popular live Twitter Spaces events about the James Webb Space Telescope and other NASA topics.

Landau has been working with NASA to tell inspiring stories of exploring the cosmos since 2014. Previously, She was a Senior Storyteller at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

A former CNN journalist, Landau also contributes to the New York Times, Washington Post, WIRED, Smithsonian, Scientific American and Quanta Magazine, among others. She is a graduate of Princeton University and the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
