Haut Appetit, which means good taste in French, features Minetts dessert recipes, bakery reviews and her own eclectic fashion trends to match. Haut Appetit is proudly a place where skinny bitches are allowed to eat.

A woman of many talents, Minett is the creative director, writer, and photographer for the ever-growing online destination.

Minetts introduction to the fashion industry came while attending the University of Waterloo when she was unexpectedly scouted in an elevator by a local modeling agency.

Upon graduation, she signed with the elite international agency NEXT Canada. From there, Minett went on to walk the runway for some of the worlds top designers including Oscar de la Renta, Escada and La Perla.

She was also seen in David LaChapelle-directed spots for British drama series Mad Dogs and an appearance in a short film for Swarovski and Vogue by visionary designer Hussein Chalayan.
