Ellen leads the agency’s customer and web analytics practices as well as the Marketing Portfolio Analysis Team. Before her work at True Acton, Ellen Duffie-Fritz was the vice president of digital and direct marketing at Circuit City. Here, she led the planning of all direct and digital marketing proposals which drove in $1.2 billion in revenue. She was the innovator of the customer loyalty program, and was helpful in the development of an innovative ROI database platform that surpassed industry-leading marketing and analytic tools.
