Emily Bett Rickards is a Canadian actress, best known for portraying Felicity Smoak in The CW television series “Arrow”.

Rickards first appearance was in the music video of Nickelback's single "Never Gonna Be Alone" in 2008 and, after some minor roles, was cast as Felicity Smoak in the TV series “Arrow” in 2012. Originally signed as a one-episode guest star, her chemistry with star Stephen Amell coupled with positive fan reaction led to her first being signed as a recurring co-star until season seven. Rickards also portrayed the character in the spin-off shows to the series, including "The Flash", "Legends of Tomorrow", and "Supergirl", as well as providing the voice of the character on the animated series "Vixen". In 2013, she portrayed Felicity in web-based promotional tie-in series "Blood Rush".

Rickards has also made appearances in many television movies, short films, and web series including Lifetime's "Romeo Killer: The Chris Porco Story", "Cowgirls 'n Angels: Dakota's Summer", "Brooklyn", "Slumber", "Funny Story" and "We Need to Talk".
