Emily (First Lieutenant, Army) and Betsy Núñez, sisters who grew up in a military family, wanted to help average Americans connect emotionally with miltary servicepeople--so they started a fashion company. Sword & Plough recycles military surplus products (18,000 lbs. so far) into stylish bags and accessories (5,500+ to date). In the process, it has supported 38 veteran jobs and donated 10% of profits to help veterans.
