Endre is the leader of the firm’s North American High Tech Practice. During his 20-plus years with McKinsey, he has served clients primarily in the high-tech and telecom industries on a wide range of topics. He has contributed to McKinsey’s internal knowledge-building efforts in enterprise IT, software, broadband communications and services, and semiconductors and has co-authored several articles published in the McKinsey Quarterly.

Trained as a structural engineer in his native Norway, Endre brings an engineer’s attention to detail to his deep interest in organizational performance. He has led multiple transformation efforts for clients in several high-tech subsectors, including software, semiconductors, wireless, hardware, and services spanning the value chain from strategy and product development to marketing and sales.

Drawing on this broad experience allows Endre to focus his current efforts on advising senior business leaders on holistic performance improvement and its implications for corporations, leadership, organization, and execution.
