Eric Buterbaugh is a Los Angeles based floral designer with a studio located in the Four Seasons Hotel. While Eric's career began in fashion, his creativity and inherent sensibility for design led him to pursue opportunities that allowed him to travel to extraordinary places around the globe. He has had the privilege and honor of working with some of the most incredible clients ranging from entertainment industry professionals and political leaders to world royalty.

"Opulent flowers presented in a modern way," is how Eric Buterbaugh describes his work which leads the world in floral design. Beginning his career at Gianni Versace, Eric lived in Milan and later London where he headed up Versace's flagship Emporium. After 8 years of running Versace, Eric worked with fashion icon Valentino and then celebrity jeweler Theo Fennel.

Since Eric opened Eric Buterbaugh Design, Inc. and took up residence at Los Angeles' prestigious Four Seasons Hotel, the world's most notable celebrities, society matrons, charitable organizations, political leaders and major corporations have come to depend on his design and floral expertise. Designs that started out as the "fun, new thing" have become the standard for an entire industry.

His incredible client list includes Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie, Madonna, Paul McCartney, Dior, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Cartier, and the British Royal Family

Since his foray into design, Eric has been called back to London for events such as Princess Beatrice's 18th birthday at Windsor Castle (the first American to have such an honor) and to Asia for a calendar for the King of Thailand titled "60 Beautiful Years 1946-2006 Celebrating His Majesty the King's Accession to the Throne."

Most recently, Columbia/TriStar purchased a film from Ashton Kutcher and his production company, Katalyst, inspired by Eric's close personal friendships with the world's most notable personalities and his interactions with clients at his design business. For the film, Eric will act as a consultant and provide his always-stunning floral designs. Also in the entertainment genre, Eric is in the works for a reality-based television show featuring his most celebrated events.
