Erica Chidi is the Co-founder and CEO at LOOM,a digital sexual and reproductive health education company.

In her work as a doula, health educator and author, she has helped thousands of women strengthen their ability to care for themselves and others. She is passionate about helping women understand their bodies and creating ecosystems that help them advocate for their health and wellbeing.

At LOOM, she’s building an ecosystem that weaves together education, community, empathy and science to help women thrive in their bodies at every stage of their lives.

Cohen began her work in San Francisco, volunteering as a doula within the prison system supporting pregnant inmates. From there, she took her passion for women’s health and went on to build a successful private practice in Los Angeles and open LOOM in 2017. She continues to work closely with Reproductive Justice organizations that serve and center the needs of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ people.

She has written for The New York Times, Vogue and been featured in Goop, The Cut, Marie Claire and other notable outlets. She is also the author of "Nurture: A Modern Guide to Pregnancy, Birth and Early Motherhood".
