Olympic Cross-Country Skier

Erik Bjornsen is an American cross-country skier.

Bjornsen debuted in the World Cup in December 2012. His best result in the world cup was 18th place in the 15 km classic in Toblach in February 2014.

As well he competed at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi in the 30-kilometer skiathlon and sprint.

During the 2015-16 season, Bjornsen scored a 21st place finish in a World Cup 5k individual classic race in Falun and 20th in the freestyle sprint at Ski Tour Canada in Quebec before capping the season off by winning the national title in the 50k classic in Craftsbury, VT.

Bjornsen qualified to represent the United States in Cross Country Skiing at the 2018 Winter Olympics.
