In her worklife, Erika is passionate about how to create the best user experience possible and get people excited about their work and engaged with what they do. She's been working as a gamification advocate within Oracle for the past two years, running design jams, brainstorming sessions and giving talks to promote the ways that gamification can be used in enterprise applications. Erika's background is cognitive neuropsychology and she loves getting into the heads of people to really understand what they do and how to make it better.

Outside of work Erika passionate about cooking, family, jewelry making and a myriad of other things she runs short of time for. Erika yearn to be lazy, but she's not very good at it.
