FOX Sports veteran reporter Erin Andrews contributes exclusive interviews and sideline reports from FOX NFL’s top game each week as part of the network’s lead crew. In 2022, Andrews became the first female recipient to be honored with the prestigious Pat Summerall Award, recognizing her career and the impact she’s made in the community. She was also named the recipient of Vince Lombardi’s Award of Excellence, which recognizes individuals who capture the spirit of commitment and pursuit of excellence. In 2021, Andrews was honored with a Gracie Award.
Prior to joining FOX Sports, Andrews spent eight years at ESPN where she hosted the first hour of ESPN’s “College GameDay” on ESPNU and was a features reporter for the full three-hour program – congruently serving as a sideline reporter for NCAA football and basketball games. She joined ESPN in May 2004 as a reporter for the network’s National Hockey League coverage and quickly became a fan favorite, transitioning into college football and basketball.
In 2021, Andrews launched a podcast with co-host and fellow FOX Sports colleague Charissa Thompson titled “Calm Down with Erin and Charissa” for iHeartRadio. The podcast features unfiltered conversations about life, gossip, sports, and every random topic that needs to be dissected.
Andrews also added “creator” to her long list of titles with the launch of her women’s NFL apparel line, WEAR by Erin Andrews. The fashionable, comfortable, and subtle line designed for women to wear anywhere and everywhere, quickly garnered notable attention – becoming one of the top NFL women’s-only brand since it launched in October 2019. With its overwhelming success, WEAR has expanded to the NBA, NCAA, and NHL.
In addition to trailblazing the sports world, Andrews also made a name for herself in entertainment co-hosting ABC’s long-running reality series, “Dancing with the Stars,” alongside Tom Bergeron for 11 seasons. Having a unique perspective on the competition, she was also a contestant in 2010, when she was paired with Maksim Chmerkovkiy and earned third place.
Andrews was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2016, and has since become an advocate for early screening and treatment. She is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in telecommunications. A native of Lewiston, Maine, she and her husband, Jarret, currently live in California.
