Erin Gore is a prominent figure in the nonprofit sector, serving as the Chief Executive Officer for World Central Kitchen (WCK), a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization founded by celebrity chef José Andrés that provides food relief in the wake of natural disasters and humanitarian crises. WCK has served nearly 300 million meals to communities in need in more than 45 countries.

Gore, who was named to the CEO role in 2023, joined the WCK team in July 2019 to lead its philanthropic relationships and development team, driving the organization's revenue growth. Her leadership has been characterized by a focus on sustainability and innovation, ensuring that WCK not only responds effectively to immediate crises but also contributes to long-term recovery and resilience in affected communities. Under her stewardship, WCK has expanded its reach and enhanced its operational efficiency, enabling the organization to serve millions of meals to those in need.

Gore brings more than 15 years of nonprofit fundraising and partnership building to WCK. Previously, she worked at Malala Fund, the nonprofit organization founded by Nobel Peace Prize laureate and student activist Malala Yousafzai, and Share Our Strength, the national organization working to end childhood hunger and poverty in the United States.
