Erin Meezan is Chief Sustainability Officer at JLL, where she has a dual role in leading the delivery of JLL’s ESG commitments, including the firm’s ambitious Net Zero 2040 target, while also sitting on the leadership team of JLL’s Sustainability Services and ESG business.

Erin is widely recognized as a creative C-Level executive with 20 years+ experience in ESG and corporate sustainability. She is a passionate sustainability leader with a proven track record of developing sustainability strategy and translating it into activation plans to guide operations, innovation and product development approaches. Erin sits on the Corporate Advisory Board of the World Green Building Council, represents the firm at the World Economic Forum, and most recently became an Advisor to GreenBiz.

An accomplished keynote speaker on ESG, sustainable business and climate to senior management teams, universities and business audiences in the USA, Europe, China and Singapore, Erin is also regular industry commentator on sustainability and ESG issues. She has been featured in the likes of WSJ, Fast Company, New York Times Magazine, Fortune, Forbes, Edie and GreenBiz. Her most recent TED video discusses what nature can teach us on sustainable business. Erin is a key character in the awarded Beyond Zero documentary, by filmmaker Nathan Harvey that details the story of corporate transformation at Interface where she was CSO prior to joining JLL in September 2022.
