Since graduating in 2002, he has created businesses in Hospitality, Real Estate, Fashion, Service and Construction industries. From his parents he inherited the vision of making this World a Better place; this inspired him to help improve the quality of life of those underserved and often overlooked. In 2004, he Co-Founded and has since Presided “HOLA Realty,” a construction company building homes that meet functional and economic needs of underprivileged populations. To further complement the vision, in 2012 he Founded and Presides “Education Model Towns” a real estate development company focused on creating sustainable communities that offer a variety of uplifting and empowering opportunities for its residents. To date, he has helped change the lives of approx. 15,000 people and rapidly growing. Currently developing “Education Model Towns” in Honduras and Panama. As a result, in March 2013, he was honored with the “Agent of Change” award from IDB (Inter-American Development Bank) and MTV (Music TV); additionally, in June 2013, his Education Model Town in Honduras was honored a “Golden Nugget Award of Excellence” by Pacific Coast Builders Conference. His life, businesses and Philanthropic Initiatives caught the Attention of NBC-Universal who selected him as one of Americas most Eligible Bachelors for the Reality TV Show “READY FOR LOVE”, available at NBC.com.

On August 2013, he joined efforts with IDB (Interamerican Development Bank) and FIA Foundation to spread awareness on the “United Nations Decade of Action for Road Safety” for which he created the “SNAP-2-LIVE” belt; a fashion accessory that will engage users to become vocal supporters of the campaign, helping save millions of lives and raise funds for the same mission.

Argüello holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees; one in Civil Engineering and the other in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami, Florida, where he graduated with honors in 2002. Has attended seminars in international housing finance, architecture and real estate development from Wharton Business School and American Society of Civil Engineers.

Argüello enjoys playing many Sports and the arts (both performing and visual) and currently serves on the Board of the Green Room Society at the “Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts” in Miami FL. Also, serves on the Board of “The MANY HATS Institute” a Washington DC based non-profit dedicated to improving the conditions for children and youth worldwide.
