Co-Founder & CEO of Atakama, a leading mobile game studio in Latin America; VP for Latin America's DeNA

Esteban Sosnik is co-founder of Atakama, a leading mobile game studio in Latin America, and vice president for Latin America for DeNA. As CEO, he led Atakama's vision, strategy, business development, and marketing and analytics teams. Atakama was acquired by DeNA in 2011. Before founding Atakama, Sosnik was co-founder and CEO of Wanako Games, an online console game company acquired by Vivendi Games in 2006. Under Sosnik's leadership, Wanako won numerous awards, such as the "Game of the Year" from IGN.com and "Most Innovative Company" from the Chilean Ministry of Economy. After being acquired by Vivendi, Sosnik became vice of business development for Sierra Online. Before founding Wanako, Sosnik was CEO of Penguin Holdings, a seed-stage venture capital fund for Latin America; an associate at Innova Capital, a private equity fund; and previously an analyst at JP Morgan. Sosnik graduated from the University of Virginia and completed the Management Development for Entrepreneurs program at UCLA.
